"[T]he aim of this paper is to present a close reading of the most recent national policy in the area of ICT in K-12 schools in Sweden. In particular, the paper focuseson how a specific notion–‘adequate digital competence’–can be understood in the policy in relation to aspects of who is in focus for an adequate digital competence, when a notion of adequate digital competence is supposed to be fixed, and what a notion of digital competence should include."
