Goals

an organisational structure funded by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, made up of different biomedical research groups. It is made up of 22 research teams from 7 Autonomous Communities. Its objective is to investigate the origins of addictive processes, their clinical manifestations and their social impact with the ultimate aim of providing therapeutic and social intervention tools to help reduce the tremendous impact of addictions and associated pathologies.
